Ihave a 2.4 jtdm and I have it recently remapped. Since then I have a slight oscillation of boost pressure at full throttle @ almost maximum boost (about 1.5 bar). The problem is much more noticeable in higher gears (5&6). Thatmight be your issue, i think the regen happens on average every 400mi, although wholly dependent on your driving style, types of road etc - as it's possible your DPF is clogged and mapped out, the car will not regen. ihave a problem with my automatic gear in 2007 JTDm 2400cc alfa romeo 159 You are describing 3 separate issues from what I can see: Point 2 & 4 sounds like the normal Q4 operation. It is "apparently" a little clunky and sometimes makes thud/bang/clunk noises from the rear diff. Check the forums for this.
