I know from experience this is how it works with Peugeot/Citroen as I was one of the first in the UK with the 7" touch screen, that kept randomly rebooting. In 3 times to the garage, as it wouldn't do it in the 15 minutes they take to diagnose these things I was just sent away (as were the majority of other Citron/Peugeot owners at the time).
